Now is always the right time for positive change!
Find meaning, passion, and purpose once again.
I work with adults, seniors, and teens who are experiencing anxiety, depression, overwhelm, loneliness, anger, and paralysis about the state of the world and their place within it. They often describe a desire to live as their more authentic selves; make a bigger impact on positive change; have deeper and more meaningful relationships; transform financial struggles into new business ideas; and leave the world better than they found it. Additionally, as a survivor of breast cancer and meningitis, I also work with those who have chronic and terminal medical diagnoses, cancer, fear of death, or are facing end of life decisions.
My approach is centered in existential therapy to help people discover why they are here now; how to translate their pain, experiences, and symptoms into wisdom and skills; and pursue a life of meaning and purpose. I incorporate multiple modalities to customize therapy to each unique individual, including elements of mindfulness-based techniques, grief and loss counseling, CBT, ACT, and trauma healing.
